Le Concert de Feu is a performance which seriously changed views on fireworks concerts. The concept, created in 1996 and further developed since then, starts off with percussion. Fireworks arise from the music, sometimes powerful and loud, sometimes fine and subtle.
The Commandos Percu come out from amidst the audience with their big drums and go up on stage into a volcanic set. Drums and fire answer each other.
Sound, images and time come together in a creative chemistry.
A gigantic drum leads the scene to an apocalyptic end.
Energy in motion
Music that speaks to the guts. Since the formation of the company in 1996, Les Commandos Percu has invented a language that is both new and ancestral, that speaks through cultures and genres. The company travelled the world with their innovative percussion work and specialized knowledge of fireworks. The essential sparkle in the fusion of music and fireworks is movement: street to street, amongst the public, the pyro-musicians enlighten the sky with their rhythms and daring staging.
